Location: São Paulo
Description: Graduate preferably MBA (Marketing) with minimum 6-8 years of corporate sales transaction experience in Real Estate / Hospitality / Banks (Home loans / mortgages). Knowledge of Real Estate will be an added advantage.
* Senior Manager / General Manager – Transaction Management Services
Location: São Paulo
Description: Management graduate with 5-7 years of corporate sales transaction experience, preferably in Real Estate / IPCs / Developers / Financial Institutions / Banks (home loans / mortgages) / Retail Industry.
Candidates with knowledge and exposure of real estate will be given preference.
* Manager /Asst. Manager / Executive / Sr. Executive - (Corporate Services / Retail Services / Residential Services)
Location: São Paulo
Description: Graduates preferably with management qualification having 1 – 5 years of corporate experience in Real Estate / Hospitality / Telecom / Insurance / Developers / IPCs / Banks (Home loans / Mortgages) / Retail industry.
Knowledge of Real Estate will be an added advantage.
* Manager / Asst. Manager / Analyst /Executive / Sr. Executive – Capital Markets & Investment Sales
Location: São Paulo
Description: C.A / MBA (Finance) with 2 – 4 years of experience in handling real estate sale / investment transactions. Candidates working in Investment Banks / Financial Institutions / Real Estate Funds having strong network with HNI’s, developers / corporates will be preferred.
* Manager / Asst. Manager / Executive / Sr. Executive – Consulting Services

Description: B. Arch / MBA (Finance) / Masters in Planning with 0 – 6 years of experience in infrastructure / consulting / planning companies. The candidate should have a strong inclination towards research and analysis, proven record of team work, consulting experience and should be able to handle project independently.
* Manager / Asst. Manager / Executive / Sr. Executive – Land Agency
Location: São Paulo
Description: Graduates / B.Arch / M. Plan / MBA (Marketing) with 0 – 5 years of experience in selling / buying and disposal of land transactions preferably from real estate developers and / or real estate funds.
* Research Analyst – Knowledge Centre
Location: São Paulo
Description: B.E (Arch)/ M.A (Economics) with management qualification having 1-3 years of experience in strategic research and analysis of real estate sector preferably from planning, real estate consulting companies. Knowledge of Autocad, mapping software like 3dViz, 3dmax, Arc View, Arc map is essential.
* Project Managers / Project Engineers / Senior Engineers
Location: São Paulo
Description: B.E. (Civil) / B.Arch preferably post graduate with 2-6 years of experience in Construction management, turnkey interior fit outs of large MNC clients.
* Manager / Asst. Manager - Accounts & Finance
Location: São Paulo
Description: CA / M.Com / ICWA with minimum 2 -4 years of Corporate experience in handling MIS, Statutory compliances and direct / indirect taxation. Knowledge of Tally is essential.
* Executive - Accounts & Finance
